This plan goes beyond essential cleaning by addressing docks, windows, and seasonal debris — while providing ongoing oversight of your property.

The Elite Care Plan is our highest level of exterior care, created for homeowners who want their property professionally overseen year-round — without needing to be present. We only accept a limited number of clients for this service plan to maintain our high standards.
With multiple site visits per year, and proactive cleaning and maintenance, your home receives ongoing attention throughout the season. From your siding, roof, gutters and windows to your decks, patios, and docks, every visible detail is cared for, monitored, and documented, ensuring your property is always protected and ready to enjoy.
